Who We Are:
The Tiny Home Foundation is a not-for-profit initiative operating under ‘What a difference a DAVE makes Ltd’ (Company Number: 14518225).
We believe in strict operational transparency. This policy outlines exactly what data we collect, why we need it, and how it is protected. We do not sell, rent, or commodify your personal data.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It:
• Transactional Data (Tiny Home Tokens): When you secure a Tiny Home Token (THT) via our website, your payment is processed securely by our third-party payment gateway, (Stripe). We do not store or ever have access to your full credit card number or bank details. We only retain the data necessary to fulfill your order and maintain the waitlist ledger: your name, email address, and the physical shipping address required to mail your copper artifact.
• The Priority Ledger (Waitlist): If you register your interest via our Priority Ledger (hosted via Google Forms), we collect your name, email address, and home country. This data is used exclusively to notify you when the Ethical Equity Fund (EEF) platform goes live or to provide critical project updates.
• Cookies: Our site uses minimal, essential cookies required for basic website functionality, security, and to ensure the Stripe payment gateway operates correctly. We do not use aggressive third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

Who We Share Your Data With
We do not share your data with anyone outside of our core operational infrastructure.
Your data is only processed by vetted third-party systems necessary to run the community architecture:
• Stripe: For secure payment processing and refund execution.
• Google: For managing the Priority Ledger and email communications.
——————————————
How Long We Retain Your Data
• THT Holders: If you hold a Tiny Home Token, we retain your contact and shipping information indefinitely to maintain your position on the waitlist, issue your voting rights, and facilitate your future 100% refund.
• Ledger Subscribers: If you join the Priority Ledger, we retain your email address until you request to be removed from the list.

What Rights Do You Have Over Your Data?
Under UK GDPR, you have absolute sovereignty over your personal data. You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you at any time*
*Note: Requesting erasure of your data while holding a THT will result in the forfeiture of your waitlist position, and a full refund will be issued prior to deletion.
This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or financial security purposes (such as basic transaction records for HMRC).
