By locking the dimensions at exactly 40m², we achieve massive economies of scale in manufacturing, transportation, and groundworks cost. These are not temporary structures; they are A+ EPC-rated, BOPAS-accredited modular homes designed to outlast traditional brick-and-block construction.
Our unique ‘halo’ foundation represents massive savings in traditional groundwork’s and infrastructure costs and the 100% off-grid infrastructure protects residents against artificial utility price hikes.
The Internal Architecture:
Two and three bedroom homes created from two modules will also be available.
The Operating System: The Stewardship Covenant
You cannot build a high-trust community without strictly defined borders.
The physical perimeter keeps out the noise of the traditional housing market; the legal perimeter protects the peace within. We run on a zero-bureaucracy operating system called the Stewardship Covenant. It is designed to foster autonomy while protecting the collective infrastructure.
